By looking at Smart Cars you can probably guess they get good gas mileage

But with something that small how safe could they possibly up against a huge SUV

Every Smart Car has either a silver or black line that goes all the way around it It looks like it might be part of the design but actually underneath it is a cage meant to protect you in case you re in a crash
